BCG Attorney Search seeks an Immigration Attorney in Dallas, TX to manage an immigration caseload and supervise two paralegals.

You will handle filings, hearings, and client communications while upholding exceptional professional standards. The role requires a JD, US bar admission, and a strong background in immigration matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience in immigration law.
• Experience with USCIS and EOIR cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Flexible work schedule capability.
• Ability to manage a diverse docket with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Excellent attendance record.
