Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney in Pittsburgh, PA with 3-5 years of experience in employment-based immigration, including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, and TNs.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, communicate case strategies, and participate in client meetings, while reviewing petitions prepared by paralegals and drafting RFEs. JD and bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years of experience in immigration law.
• Experience advising clients on immigration matters.
• Ability to prepare petitions and applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and immigration program reviews.
• Review employment-based immigration petitions and applications prepared by paralegals.
• Draft legal support letters and responses to RFEs.

• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Education
