Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Atlanta seeks an Immigration Associate with 1+ years of experience to join its office. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in immigration law and experience in writing-intensive immigration cases.

This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of immigration law experience.
• Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• JD required with strong writing and research credentials.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead writing-intensive matters including RI, NIWs, O-1/EB-1 petitions, and J-1 waivers.
• Prepare and submit filings to USCIS and other government agencies.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Complete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Gather facts and evidence to support client applications.
