The role involves handling nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-2), managing immigrant petitions (EB-1/EB-2/EB-3, PERM), legal research, and collaborating with corporate clients and HR teams to support global mobility programs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in immigration law.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
• Experience managing cases with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
