Responsibilities

• Take the lead on writing-intensive immigration matters (RFE responses, NIWs, O-1/EB-1 petitions, J-1 waivers) and similar filings
• Prepare and submit filings to USCIS and other government agencies
• Communicate and collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients
• Complete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentation
• Gather facts and evidence to support client applications and other immigration matters
