The role emphasizes leading on writing-intensive immigration matters such as NIWs, O-1/EB-1 petitions, and RFE responses, while collaborating closely with attorneys and clients.

Ideal candidates will have active bar membership and strong writing, research, and advocacy skills, plus the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on writing-intensive matters, including RFE responses, NIWs, O-1/EB-1 petitions, J-1 waiver applications, and similar filings.
• Prepare and submit filings to USCIS and other government agencies.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Complete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Gather facts and evidence to support client applications and other immigration matters.
