Job summary

Goodwill Hawaii is seeking a Resource Specialist within the Mission Services Division to provide case management and guidance to program participants. The role includes intake, assessments, orientations, and developing individualized service plans to help participants achieve goals.

Responsibilities also include community outreach, referrals, and educating clients on program navigation, with emphasis on immigrant, migrant, and refugee communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and guidance to program participants.
• Conduct intake, assessments, and orientations for participants.
• Develop individualized service plans and monitor progress toward goals.
• Educate participants on program navigation and required services; teach ESL and financial literacy as needed.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation and reporting for compliance.
