Job summary

Goodwill Hawaii is seeking a Career Navigator to market the SEE Hawaii Work Program to local employers and coordinate with FTW Case Managers to determine participants' job readiness and placement needs.

You will link SEE participants with partner employers, provide pre- and post-employment support, and help participants prepare for and retain employment. Strong communication and organization are essential, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• One to two years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid Hawaii driver’s license and a traffic abstract that meet company guidelines.
• Access to an insured vehicle with current registration and safety check.

Responsibilities

• Market and represent the SEE Hawaii Work Program to community business employers.
• Partner with FTW Case Managers to assess job readiness and make referrals.
• Provide pre- and post-employment support to ensure successful participant outcomes.
• Schedule interviews and coach participants on interview skills.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Case Manager about employment progress.
