Job summary

Sandbox VR in Fresno, CA is seeking a Guest Experience Guide to warmly welcome guests, assist with bookings, and ensure a seamless, premium store experience. You will help maintain the store, support the leadership team, and contribute to a high-energy guest journey in a dynamic entertainment venue.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and team to deliver exceptional service, manage guest flow, and uphold standards for cleanliness and organization across all experience areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the entrance and guide them to the experience.
• Assist with guest de-escalation and support Guest Experience Guides or Shift Leads as needed.
• Maintain the store clean and orderly to ensure a premium guest experience.
• Co-lead scheduling and time-card processes to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with state laws.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new Guest Experience Guides and Leads.
