Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Westfield UTC location. You will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory and POS processes, and coordinate with Meta tech teams to ensure seamless customer demos of wearable and mixed-reality products.

Your leadership will guide a high-performing team and uphold brand standards. You will coach staff, optimize workflows, and drive performance while maintaining a welcoming, customer-ready environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of retail management experience required.
• 3+ years customer-facing experience in retail required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the location including opening/closing, inventory, logistics, POS, cash handling and reports on performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to streamline processes within the store.
• Collaborate with Meta's tech team to ensure all customer experiences are working and maintained.
• Support the Retail Manager in performance management of the team.
• Lead when the Store Director is not present.
• Be an expert on the client's products sold in-store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
