Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and coach a high-performing retail team. You’ll help drive seamless demos of Meta Lab Retail products and ensure a welcoming, customer-ready environment.

In this role you’ll partner with the Store Manager to optimize processes, manage inventory and POS, and support hands-on experiences that showcase Meta wearable and mixed-reality technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of retail management experience required.
• 3+ years customer-facing experience in retail required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operation of the location, including opening/closing, inventory, logistics, retail technology, POS, cash handling, and reports.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to streamline processes.
• Be the boots on the ground in partnership with Meta’s tech team to ensure all customer experiences are working correctly.
• Support the Retail Manager in performance management of the team.
• Lead when the Store Director is not present.
• Expert in our client’s industry leading products, sold in the retail store.
