Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Meta Lab Retail location in Atlanta. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach and develop a high-performing team while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

You will help execute operational strategies, support hands-on product demos, and drive customer-ready experiences that showcase Meta wearable and mixed-reality products.

Qualifications

• Experience and education listed: high school diploma and 3+ years retail mgmt experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage daily store operations, inventory, and cash handling.
• Comfort coaching a team and improving processes in a fast-paced retail env.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operation of the location, including opening/closing, inventory, logistics, POS, and reporting.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to streamline processes.
• Be the boots on the ground with Meta's tech team to ensure demos run smoothly.
• Support Retail Manager in performance management of the team.
• Lead in the Store Director's absence and train staff on products.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
