Job summary

Meta Lab Retail is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager, coach a high-performing retail team, and maintain smooth daily operations. You will help with hands-on demos of Meta Smart Glasses and Quest to show customers how the products fit their lives, bringing the Meta brand to life in-store.

You will oversee opening/closing, inventory, POS, and reporting, while driving process improvements and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation of the location including opening/closing, inventory, logistics, POS, cash handling, and daily/weekly performance reports.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to streamline store processes.
• Be the boots on the ground in partnership with Meta's tech team to ensure customer experiences are working correctly.
• Support the Retail Manager in performance management of the team.
• Lead when the Store Director is not present.
• Promote and demonstrate the client's industry-leading products in-store.
