Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Senior Experience Expert to deliver immersive AR/VR demonstrations in-store at Westfield UTC. You will train new hires alongside the Retail Manager and lead large-scale events, creating memorable experiences for customers.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and has flexible weekend availability to support store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Experience in presentation, public speaking, and storytelling.
• Familiar with AR/VR technology.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert and understand features & benefits of products.
• Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and influence interactions.
• Serve as customer escalation point on the sales floor.
• Lead and execute large events within the space with immersive experiences.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and maintain interactive displays.
• Achieve goals and KPIs with Retail Manager input.
