Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Senior Experience Expert to lead immersive AR/VR in-store demos at Westfield UTC. You will educate customers, train new hires with the Retail Manager, and drive exceptional experiences while preparing for large-scale events.

The role requires a tech-savvy leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills, plus flexible weekend availability to support events and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Experience in presentation, public speaking, and storytelling.
• Familiar with AR/VR technology.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and influence how they play and learn.
• Lead and execute large events within the dedicated space with immersive experiences for attendees.
• Train team members and act as escalation point on the sales floor when management isn’t present.
• Perform day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining displays.
• Aim to meet KPIs; collaborate with Retail Manager on action plans when targets are not met.
