Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is looking for a part-time Meta Experience Expert to deliver premium demos of wearable and mixed-reality tech at Westfield UTC in San Diego. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through purchases to create delighted new users.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has strong communication skills, experience in premium retail, and can work nights and weekends while delivering world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail.
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to product expert and articulate features and benefits to customers.
• Deliver immersive demos showcasing wearable and mixed-reality tech.
• Guide customers through transactions using the POS system.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs, with action plans as needed.
• Execute daily operations and maintain engaging displays.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment.
• Perform additional duties to support store operations.
