Job summary

Bully Entertainment seeks a Development Director to drive real-time immersive products using Unreal Engine and Unity. You will lead a diverse team of developers, align project roadmaps with business goals, and partner with artists, designers, and executives to deliver high-quality experiences across platforms.

You will guide architectural decisions, ensure robust QA, manage budgets, and mentor engineers while promoting an innovative culture and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise-level development in real-time apps using Unity or Unreal.
• Strong software architecture background beyond GoF patterns.
• Experience leading distributed remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for Unreal/Unity apps.
• Define and communicate a clear technical roadmap.
• Establish scalable, high-performance infrastructure and architecture.
