Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a software engineer with a strong background in game engine and real-time development to advance our autonomous-vehicle simulation capabilities.

You will bridge our core simulation engine with Unreal Engine and develop new gameplay-like features, taking ownership of technical and product decisions. You will collaborate with users, engineers, and customers to gather requirements, plan features, and contribute to a thoughtful, dynamic team culture while working

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience developing and maintaining game engines at AAA studios.
• Familiar with Unreal Engine and content workflows.
• Experience deploying and optimizing software on multiple platforms (on-prem/cloud).

Responsibilities

• Build a new simulation framework for large-scale 3D environments.
• Integrate Unreal with our core simulation engine and develop gameplay-type features.
• Collaborate with engineers and customers to plan features and roadmaps.
• Customize Unreal plugins for content ingestion and workflows.
• Optimize simulation performance and ensure accuracy for autonomy scenarios.
