Job summary

Xperience Communications is seeking a Producer with 5-7 years of experience to lead the execution of live events, tours, and immersive brand experiences from concept through completion.

You will own projects end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations, while ensuring clear communications and meticulous documentation across all stages.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in event production or experiential marketing.
• Proven ability to manage projects from $500k–$1M end-to-end.
• Excellent client-facing communication and vendor management skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, tracking, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of project execution from kickoff to post-event wrap.
• Coordinate deliverables across creative, digital, and production teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets with tracking and reconciliation.
• Direct production of graphics and assets, including approvals.
• Oversee tour/event assets from design to refurbishment with partners.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams on staging, logistics, and asset movement.
• Coordinate event staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Oversee digital deliverables, lead gen tools, and campaign tracking.
• Manage client communications, meetings, notes, and reporting.
• Source, bid, onboard, and manage vendors; ensure compliance.
• Maintain all project documentation and identify risks with proactive solutions.
• Travel to events to oversee setup and activation.
• Lead post-project reconciliation and cost recording.
