Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate live event production experience.
• At least 3+ years in senior producer or executive producer roles leading large teams.
• Portfolio with high-end corporate events, brand activations, immersive environments, or large-scale stage productions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the creative vision and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Oversee end-to-end production from scoping to post-event debriefs.
• Lead cross-functional teams of directors, designers, producers, and logisticians.
• Maintain top-tier client relationships as primary strategic partner.
• Manage multi-million budgets, margins, and resource allocation.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, AV partners, and fabricators.
• Command on-site show-day operations and crisis management.
