Ansera seeks an Executive Producer (Events) to lead major experiential initiatives from concept to execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences for leading brands. This hybrid role oversees live, hybrid, and virtual productions with strong strategic and financial oversight.

You will manage multi-million-dollar programs, guide creative direction, and build trusted client partnerships, ensuring flawless on-site execution across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate live event production.
• Senior producer or executive producer leadership of large teams.
• Portfolio of high-end corporate events, brand activations, immersive environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overarching vision and narrative for experiential projects.
• Own the lifecycle of live, hybrid, and virtual events from scoping to post-event.
• Lead cross-functional teams of creative directors, designers, producers, and logistics.
• Act as primary strategic partner to key clients and maintain relationships.
• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with strict cost control.
• Source, vet, and negotiate with production vendors and AV partners.
• On-site show-day command and crisis management.
