• Exposure to live event planning, activations, or large-scale productions.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day production and execution of multiple experiential programs.
• Build and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and onsite materials management.
• Assist with vendor communication and logistics planning.
• Support purchase orders and budget tracking.
