Ansera is seeking an Executive Producer (Events) to lead major experiential initiatives from concept to audience applause. You will steward cross-functional teams, translate client ambitions into executable plans, and oversee budgets from scoping through post-event debriefs for live, hybrid, and virtual productions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in corporate live event production with 3+ years in senior producer or executive producer roles.
• Portfolio showing high-end corporate events, activations, immersive environments or large-scale stage productions.
• Production acumen: staging, AV systems, lighting, fabrication, and digital/hybrid integration.
• Financial fluency: proven ability to manage 7-figure budgets with tight cost control.
• Leadership: strong communication, negotiation, and motivational skills.
• Travel flexibility: ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Creative & Strategic Leadership: set overarching vision and narrative for experiential projects aligning with standards and client goals.
• End-to-End Production Management: manage lifecycle from scoping to show-day debriefs for live, hybrid, and virtual events.
• Team & Talent Direction: lead cross-functional teams including creative, technical, and logistics professionals.
• Client Stewardship: partner with clients translating needs into clear creative directives and relationships.
• Financial & Resource Oversight: supervise budgets with margins and resource optimization.
• Vendor & Partner Management: source and negotiate with top production vendors and partners.
• Show-Day Command: own on-site execution, cue-to-cue, and crisis management.
