Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate live event production with main emphasis on General Session space.
• 3+ years in a senior producer or executive producer role leading large teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-end corporate events, brand activations, immersive environments, or large-scale stage productions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overarching vision and narrative for experiential projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and Ansera's standards.
• Own the lifecycle of live, hybrid, and virtual events—from scoping, creative pitches, budgeting to show-calling and post-event debriefs.
• Lead cross-functional teams of creative directors, designers, technical producers, content creators, and logistics coordinators.
