AO Globe Life is hiring remote entry-level Benefits Representatives to help families access life, accident, and health insurance options. You’ll work from home nationwide with training, mentorship, and leadership development, meeting clients virtually and guiding them through enrollment.

No prior experience is required, and we provide qualified leads, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career advancement. This is a 100% remote, commission-based role designed for growth.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
