You’ll convert leads into appointments, work with sellers to price and market homes, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch and complete the 86‑day realtor program.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Convert lead generation into appointments; pursue ongoing certifications.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team mornings.
• Engage in team activities per standards.
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert prospects to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging and listing services.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers.
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology CRM.
• Grow knowledge and participate in ongoing learning and skill development.

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch – an 86‑day program that teaches you everything needed to become a successful Realtor in today’s market. The average agent completes or closes 3.4 transactions during this time.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments. Ongoing certifications to upskill and productivity rhythms throughout each month.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards – Morning Power‑Ups with the Team.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call – continual learning and skill development.
• Consult with sellers, convert prospects to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing‑related services.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers.
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology – an advanced CRM/database system for all calls and appointments.
