Love Florida Living Group powered by PLACE is seeking a Showing Partner to join Northeast Florida’s premier real estate network. You will collaborate with sales agents to help clients find homes and deliver comprehensive feedback to refine searches.

The role emphasizes driving, lead generation, and ongoing coaching sessions, with opportunities for revenue sharing, equity participation, and investment prospects.

Qualifications

• Must have FL Real Estate License or be enrolled in a Florida Real Estate course.
• Strong relationship-building and client service mindset.
• Willingness to drive extensively and meet clients where they are.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding homes.
• Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients.
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation.
• Attend weekly coaching sessions and team calls.
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.

Responsibilities

• Must have FL Real Estate License
• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding homes
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation
• Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
• Take part in team activities according to team standards
• Attend weekly one‑on‑one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
