Physical Therapist PRN/Registry Days

In this role you will examine, evaluate, test, and work to alleviate mechanical, physiological, or developmental impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or other health and movement‑related conditions; classify these disorders, determine a rehabilitation prognosis and plan of therapeutic intervention and assess the ongoing effects of the interventions.

Essential Job Functions

• Evaluates patients utilizing advanced/specialized tests and measurements to determine the physical therapy problem, level of function, and expected discharge environment.
• Promotes and utilizes appropriate patient care protocols relating to physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs.
• Establishes a treatment plan based on evaluation findings, patient/family, referring practitioner, and therapist goals.
• Performs advanced/specialized physical therapy techniques and procedures.
• Treats patients with complex problems (e.g., co‑morbidities and/or poor previous outcomes); consults on difficult cases for staff and referring practitioners.
• Documents findings, patient progress, procedures performed, and time required.
• Instructs patients/families in home programs.
• Demonstrates effective time management and achieves designated productivity standards.

Required Qualifications
