Job summary

Advocate Health Care in Sheboygan County is seeking a part-time Radiology Support Associate to assist patients, prepare exam rooms, and coordinate with radiology staff. The role involves basic patient instruction, scheduling duties, and maintaining equipment, with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

Hours vary between 7:30-4:00, 8:00-4:30, and 4:00-10:00, Monday through Friday, with every 3rd weekend and two holidays per year.

Qualifications

• GED/HSED or high school diploma required.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good computer skills, including email.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with exam preparation and transport.
• Use radiology systems to generate requisitions and check schedules.
• Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and maintain equipment.
• Greet patients and respond to routine inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and relay messages to staff.
• Act as liaison among physicians, radiologists, and technologists.
• Provide radiology reports or images upon request.
• Manage health information records and film releases.
