Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Supervisor of Imaging to manage daily operations across all imaging areas and coordinate services to optimize the patient experience in Cincinnati. The role ensures compliance with professional and accreditation standards and collaborates with imaging staff, facility leadership, and medical directors to provide exceptional care.

Required AS in Radiography and ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certifications with BLS; state licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical environment experience required.
• Experience with advanced imaging technologies preferred.
• Basic life support (BLS) required and state licensure preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned imaging areas and coordinate services.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, ACR, and state requirements.
• Maintain productive work environment and lead staff development.
• Plan staffing, budget, and cost-control measures while ensuring quality radiology services.
• Collaborate with imaging personnel, facility leadership, and medical directors.
