Zusammenfassung

Mercy Health is seeking a Supervisor of Imaging to lead daily imaging operations and ensure high-quality patient care in our Ohio facilities.

You will collaborate with imaging staff, inter-disciplinary teams, facility leadership, and Medical Director of Imaging to uphold professional and accreditation standards. The role emphasizes communication, staff development, and process improvement within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associates in Applied Science of Radiography is required.
• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certification and registration are required.
• BLS certification is required; state licensure preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical imaging experience; advanced imaging tech experience preferred.
• EPIC EHR experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide an open, supportive environment for the imaging team.
• Foster learning and growth of associates.
• Monitor behaviors and goals; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, ACR).
• Lead performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage patient flow and technologist staffing to meet service quality.
• Plan and conduct regular in-service training.
• Assess staffing needs and ensure qualified personnel.
• Contribute to department operating and capital budgeting with cost-effective decisions.
