Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Supervisor of Imaging to oversee daily imaging operations and coordinate across departments to ensure high-quality radiology services. The role focuses on maintaining regulatory standards, staffing, and budgets while fostering a productive work environment.

The position requires an AS in Radiography, active ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certification options, BLS, and at least 2 years of clinical imaging experience. EPIC EHR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates in Applied Science of Radiography is required.
• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certification options are relevant for eligibility.
• BLS certification is required.
• State licensure is preferred depending on state requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical imaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides an environment of open communication and support among all team members.
• Creates an inclusive culture of learning and supporting the growth of associates.
• Monitors associate behaviors and goals to align with KPIs and takes corrective action when needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and standards per Joint Commission, ACR, State DOH, and NCR.
• Promotes and drives performance improvement initiatives.
• Manages patient flow and technologist hours to meet radiology service needs.
• Plans and conducts regular and specialized in-service training programs.
• Recommends staffing levels and ensures staff qualifications.
• Recommends department operating and capital budgets with cost-effective measures.
