Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Manager of Imaging at Clermont Hospital to oversee daily operations of radiology services, optimize patient and staff experience, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certification, BLS (preferred), and 2+ years in clinical settings with leadership experience; EPIC EHR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in radiology or related field preferred.
• Active ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certification required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• State licensure preferred where the job is performed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical imaging environment.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating imaging services.
• EPIC EHR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop imaging teams; ensure KPIs are met.
• Maintain inclusive culture and provide ongoing training.
• Manage staffing and budget; control expenses.
• Oversee patient flow and technologist hours to ensure service quality.
• Ensure policy compliance with Joint Commission, ACR, and state regulations.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and leadership.
