Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2 years of experience in a clinical environment.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisor or leadership role.
• Advanced Imaging Technologies experience (preferred).
• EPIC EHR experience (preferred).
• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certifications (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Oversee imaging services operations and optimize patient, staff, and physician experience.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, ACR, State DOH, and NCR standards.
• Coordinate staffing and budgeting for imaging department.
• Promote a learning culture with ongoing training and education.
• Manage patient flow and technologist hours to maintain service quality.
