Mary Washington Healthcare seeks a Facility Manager for Medical Imaging of Fredericksburg to lead day-to-day operations, optimize staffing, and ensure high-quality diagnostic services. You will collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and staff to drive efficiency and patient satisfaction.

The role requires oversight of imaging modalities, budgeting, and ongoing quality improvement while promoting safety and regulatory compliance within the imaging service line.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field preferred.
• Two to five years diagnostic, imaging, radiology or related experience.
• One to two years relevant supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Demonstrates competency in Excel and Word.
• Registered in Radiologic Technology by the ARRT or an appropriate credentialing agency.

Responsabilidades

• Manages all day-to-day operations to assure efficient diagnostic and therapeutic services.
• Oversees staffing, recruitment, training and performance development of Associates.
• Ensures staff and patient scheduling meets the needs of customers and community.
• Collaborates with physicians and radiologists to coordinate services and improve operations.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory and accreditation agencies and department policies.
