Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Manager of Imaging for Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA. The role leads daily imaging operations, focusing on patient, associate, and physician experience while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure exceptional care.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certifications with relevant imaging experience. EPIC EHR familiarity and supervisory background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for management role.
• ARRT, ARDMS or NMTC certification required or preferred.
• BLS certification and state licensure preferred.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in imaging environments.
• 2 years supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• EPIC EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of imaging services to optimize patient and staff experience.
• Coordinate with imaging personnel, departments, leadership and medical director.
• Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions and improve performance.
• Manage staffing levels and budget within department.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, ACR, state regulations.
