Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Supervisor of Imaging to lead daily radiology operations, ensuring high-quality patient, associate, and physician experience. The role collaborates with imaging staff, facilities leadership, and medical directors to meet regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include staff development, budget oversight, compliance, and continuous improvement in imaging services across assigned areas.

Formación

• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certifications required
• State licensure preferred
• BLS preferred upon hire (required)
• Associates degree in Radiography required
• 2 years' clinical experience required
• Advanced Imaging Technologies preferred
• EPIC Electronic Health Record preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide an environment of open communication and support among all team members.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and standards; take corrective action as warranted.
• Promote performance improvement and provide reports and action plans to meet standards.
• Plan and conduct regular in-service training; maintain clinical affiliation with radiologic technology programs.
• Develop and administer department budgets; ensure cost-effective operation of radiology services.
• Determine staffing needs and manage patient flow to meet care delivery goals; coordinate with other departments and physicians.
• Serve as a radiology resource and assist imaging areas as needed.
