Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Supervisor of Imaging to coordinate daily imaging operations, improve patient and physician experience, and maintain regulatory and accreditation standards. The role requires ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC certification and state licensure where applicable, with BLS preferred.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, develop staffing plans, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide high-quality radiology services across the facility.

Qualifications

• Certification and registration with ARRT/ARDMS/NMTC required.
• State licensure preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred on hire; required for direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee imaging operations to optimize patient, associate, and physician experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Plan and conduct in-service training and continuing education for department staff.
• Develop, administer, and monitor department operating and capital budgets; manage resources for cost efficiency.
• Manage staffing and patient flow to meet facility needs and ensure high-quality radiology services.
• Collaborate with other departments and physicians to coordinate patient care and maintain service excellence.
