Job summary

You will perform coordination tasks across reception, appointment setting, and imaging scheduling, including order processing, digitizing records, and assisting with tumor board preparations when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in clerical position dealing with public.
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
• Basic Life Support within 1 months of hire.
• Basic human relations skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to take instruction.
• Demonstrated skills in organizing and prioritizing.
• Demonstrated command of the English language.
• Basic keyboard or computer skills.
• Demonstrates customer-focused service skills.

Responsibilities

• File Room: Order, track, locate, and file radiology images, jackets and requisitions.
• Reception Desk, Appointment Making: Greet patients and manage appointments and forms.
• Flow Coordinator: Manage department voicemail, scheduling, and transport coordination.
• Imaging Services Regional Records: Digitize examinations and manage images/docs for ROI.
• Imaging Services Regional Appointing Call Center: Schedule Imaging Services orders and coordinate scheduling.
• On regular basis, cooperate with other staff and handle telephone calls and information gathering.
