Desert Radiology is seeking a scheduling-focused professional to support patient access for referring physicians in the Las Vegas area. You will manage scheduling, handle incoming calls, and use the Radiology Information System (RIS) to coordinate patient exams.

Responsibilities include advising referring offices on exam requirements, ensuring proper paperwork and eligibility, and delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of scheduling procedures and insurance paperwork.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding concepts.
• Experience with authorization/eligibility processes and CPT/ICD-9 coding.
• Strong customer service with accurate data entry.
