Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to join our team. You will handle phone calls, faxes, and scheduling for patient examinations, ensuring accurate data entry and clear communication about financial responsibilities and preparation requirements.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with shifts Monday–Friday and opportunities to support multiple centers within the market. Prior office or scheduling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Proficient with computer systems and typing.
• Able to handle multi-level phone system with a high volume of calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule patient examinations.
• Maintain positive interactions with patients, referring offices and team members.
• Enter patient data accurately into information systems.
• Inform patients about financial responsibilities and preparation requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling changes with technologists to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Provide backup coverage for front office as needed.
