Responsibilities

• Answers all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Obtains patient demographics, insurance and procedure data to reserve appointments.
• Reads and interprets medical orders/forms.
• Places outgoing appointment calls to patients and offices.
• Maintains neat, organized work area and upholds confidentiality.
• Supports scheduling across modalities and shifts as needed.
• Schedules radiology modalities (Mammography, Ultrasound, X-Ray, CT, MRI).
