• Verify demographics and insurance data to ensure accurate records.
• Educate patients and maintain HIPAA privacy compliance.
• Accept upfront payments and issue patient receipts.
• Prepare radiology orders and exam jackets with required forms.
• Escort patients to testing areas and communicate delays.
• Coordinate same-day add-ons and pre-certifications when needed.
• Order stock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain proficiency in multiple information systems and deliver patient-focused service.
