Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of appropriate experience in scheduling/coordination.
• Ability to effectively use scheduling and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule imaging cases across modalities for all procedures.
• Obtain orders with CPT and billing codes; ensure complete charts.
• Pre-register patients with correct demographics and insurance info.
• Coordinate with surgery and anesthesia for scheduled procedures.
• Communicate schedule details to patients and ordering physicians; maintain customer service.
