Job summary

Thorlabs in Sterling, VA seeks an Imaging Sales Coordinator to process orders by phone, email or mail, verify prices and part numbers, and enter data into the ERP system while communicating with customers to acknowledge orders and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production and logistics to meet delivery dates, maintaining sales records, managing the quoting process across departments, handling customer questions, and supporting contracts and bids.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by telephone, email, or mail and verify prices and part numbers.
• Enter orders into ERP and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics for delivery dates.
• Maintain sales records and update customer information in CRM.
• Address customer questions, complaints and pricing discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate quotes and liaise with product management, lead times, and logistics.
