Job summary

Thorlabs in Newton, NJ seeks an OEM Sales Coordinator I to provide full administrative and sales support to the OEM customer base. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Sales Teams, Project Managers, and Engineers to present Thorlabs’ capabilities and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Hours are 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. The role requires coordinating quotes/orders, ERP/CRM tasks, and multi-team collaboration to meet shipments and commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar and progressive position.
• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, handle invoicing issues, and answer queries from OEM customers.
• Manage OEM Customer quote and order management needs and coordinate with Order Fulfilment Team, Business Units, and distribution center.
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment and alignment with customer expectations.
• Maintain customer management using ERP/CRM tools and relevant software.
