Job summary

Thorlabs-Inc is seeking an Imaging Sales Coordinator in Sterling, VA to process orders and coordinate with production, logistics, and the technical team. You will maintain customer records and respond to inquiries to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong sales/customer service skills, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines. Some duties may be performed at other Thorlabs locations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred.
• High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of sales administration.
• Ability to work under time constraints, multitask, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, quotes and inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee Imaging Sales email box and generate sales leads in CRM software.
• Coordinate fulfillment of orders with production and logistics to meet delivery dates.
• Liaise with various departments to resolve pricing or product discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
