Responsibilities

• Retrieve requested files across legacy formats and verify digital accessibility.
• Coordinate weekly transfers with offsite storage vendors to manage physical archive files.
• Log file movements and execute scheduled compliant paper purges every six months.
• Receive, sort, log, and open incoming mail and courier packages.
• Weigh outgoing mail, apply postage, and dispatch daily correspondence and parcels.
• Stamp, barcode, scan, and route digital mail to the appropriate department worklists.
• Maintain daily transaction tracking of mail, documents scans, and retrieval volumes.
• Compile weekly operational reports and project milestone updates for management.
• Write and update standard operating procedures for records management and scanning.
