The role requires precise document handling, OCR data capture, and collaboration with internal teams. Monday–Friday, 10 AM–2 PM on site, with strong emphasis on compliance and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with document imaging, data entry and high-volume processing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage high-volume document imaging (scanning, indexing, QA).
• Support imaging systems and troubleshoot document issues.
• Prepare and scan physical documents with proper indexing for digital storage.
• Manage routing, data capture, and use OCR in workflows.
• Maintain compliance with security and risk policies.
• Cross-train and back up imaging processes and training.
