Nationwide is seeking a Sr. Processor, Imaging within the Document Solutions team to support high-volume document processing and records management.

This role involves operating scanning equipment, maintaining workflow efficiency, and supporting retention and destruction activities in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to balance quality and productivity while working on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience; at least one year in imaging preferred.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and imaging processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor scanning equipment to ensure accurate processing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot routine scanner issues to avoid workflow disruptions.
• Support records retention, destruction, and off-site storage as needed.
